Felin Parc (millhouse - max 8 persons)

Millhouse - delightfully converted accommodation

The mill has been delightfully converted, retaining much of its original ambience and furnished in traditional Welsh style. It now provides two double and two twin bedded rooms, and a large (character) beamed living room/dining room with multi-fuel burning stove.

Beautifully restored and converted, Felin Pare mill was in active production up to the turn of the 19th century, using the river for the washing of wool and water power for the knitting and weaving of Welsh blankets and cloth. Although the original water wheel and machinery no longer exist, the old mill leat now drives an unusual iron Pelton water-wheel.

Penfelin (granary sleeps 2+2, maximum 4 persons)

Converted granary providing open plan accommodation

PENFELIN - a heavily beamed and open plan old granary behind the mill.

Now converted into very comfortable accommodation with open plan living room( with double sofa bed) /dining room/kitchen and separate double bedroom. It is available to let separately or when required as an annex overflow to the Millhouse.

It was originally used as a wool shed and later to dry and store corn.

Tan-y-Clogwen (cottage for 4 +2)

Tan-Y-Clogwen - charming small Welsh cottage

TAN-Y-CLOGWEN - perched just above the river overlooking an old stone fording bridge and nestling under the rising cliffs behind. It is 100 yards distance from the millhouse.

This charming, unspoilt, stone and white-washed Welsh cottage was originally built for the wool manager of the mill. The cottage now provides a twin bedded and a double bedroom, a character beamed living room and a separate dining room (with a double sofa bed for 2 extra persons if required).
